Good Faith Estimate
Good Faith Estimate
As of January 1, 2022, under the No Surprises Act, all healthcare providers are required to give clients who don’t have insurance—or who are choosing not to use insurance—a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs for services.
At Embodied Soul Psychotherapy, you have the right to receive a written estimate for the total expected cost of therapy before beginning treatment. This estimate helps you understand what to expect financially—so you can plan ahead with clarity and confidence.
You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more than your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
