Investing in Your Healing
Therapy is not just an appointment—it’s an intentional space to reconnect with yourself, your body, and your nervous system.
At Embodied Soul Psychotherapy™, sessions are designed to support lasting, embodied change through integrative, trauma-informed methods.
How We Work
Each session integrates neuroscience, somatic awareness, and Depth Psychological practice to help you feel safe in your body, deepen insight, and embody new ways of being.
You’ll work directly with Dr. Chanin Hardwick (PhD, LPCC, C-IAYT) using approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Brainspotting, and Yoga Therapy.

Payment is collected at the time of service by credit/debit card or HSA/FSA card.
To find out if you qualify for reimbursement, call your insurance provider and ask:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
How many sessions are covered per year?
