Begin Embodied Healing

If you’re ready to explore your nervous system’s story, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and move beyond symptoms into embodied awareness, you’re in the right place.

Together, we’ll begin a gentle, integrative process rooted in Embodied Soul Psychotherapy™ (ESP™)—a blend of neuroscience, somatic psychology, and soul-centered presence.

Let’s Connect

Reaching out can be vulnerable—and it's also the first step toward meaningful support. Whether you're ready to begin or just exploring, I’d be honored to connect.

Please share what’s bringing you here and what you hope to explore. I’ll respond personally within 1–2 business days.

After you submit your message, I’ll reach out to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. During this call, we’ll explore your needs, discuss my approach, and decide together whether this work feels like a good fit.

Frequently Asked Questions About Working Together

  • Many clients come to Embodied Soul Psychotherapy™ after years of traditional talk therapy that felt helpful—but incomplete. This work moves beyond insight alone. It helps your body, mind, and soul communicate again, so healing happens not just in thought, but in lived experience.

  • Not necessarily. Trauma can mean many things—chronic stress, emotional neglect, burnout, disconnection, or simply feeling “off” in your body. You don’t need a diagnosis or a dramatic story. If you’re longing to feel more alive, grounded, and whole, this work is for you.

  • Yes. Most clients are surprised by how intimate and connected virtual sessions feel. Through guided awareness, somatic focus, and relational attunement, we create a sacred and grounded space—no matter where you are.

  • That’s completely okay. This process meets you exactly where you are. You set the pace. Sometimes, the first step is simply slowing down enough to listen to your breath or feel your feet on the floor. Healing begins with permission, not performance.

  • The best way to know is to experience it. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation—a chance to connect, ask questions, and sense how this work feels in your body. There’s no pressure, just an open invitation to begin.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out. Sometimes healing begins the moment you allow yourself to be witnessed.
