Reflections + Blog
Resources, writings, and musings from the path.
This space is a quiet corner of the site where I share thoughts, insights, and reflections from my work as a therapist, teacher, and fellow human navigating the healing journey. Whether you're looking for guidance between sessions, curious about a particular modality, or simply needing words to feel less alone—you’re welcome here.
A Note from Chanin

Sometimes you’re in the depths, sometimes you’re integrating, and sometimes you’re just putting one foot in front of the other. Wherever you are, these reflections are here to offer a pause, a perspective shift, or simply a moment of resonance.
